Beginning of 2008, Gravity Sport Management was founded in Luxemburg with the goal to identify, develop and promote young talents and careers in the motorsport arena. The company began its activities in the GP2 series, in the new Formula BMW Europe championship, in ADAC Masters as well as in the Moto GP 125cc class.
Eight young talents are now being supported and guided by Gravity Sport Management with the support of a dedicated group of specialists from several fields of expertise which include physical and mental preparation, coaching, media and communication training and sponsor promotion.
Jérôme, one of those young talents, began his career in racing in 1995, moved up series by series and in 2008 he made the big step into the international and very competitive series GP2 Asia & Europe.
A talent who is on his way and with the support provided develops his skills, extends knowledge, gains experience and works intensively and dedicated to become a champion.
Gravity Sport Management believes that it is possible to minimize the reliance on luck through comprehensive development plans, targetted efforts, disciplined work, clear expectations and realistic goals.
